Bio

​Roland Cardoza is a high-energy and success-driven senior executive with a broad toolkit of business development, digital marketing and sales management skills. Over his 25+ year career, Mr. Cardoza has developed a strong reputation for the ability to consistently drive progressive and profitable change and results. 

As Director of Sales at  WebMedia, Mr. Cardoza has played a series of key roles in setting company strategy, managing relationships with key clients, and growing the company's core lines of business. Prior to joining WebMedia, Mr. Cardoza worked in sales and marketing management roles for Keller Graduate School, The Steven Group, Security-Link and API Security. 

Notable were his years with the Steven Group where Mr. Cardoza was a key player in positioning the company for acquisition by Microsoft, as one of the Top-5 VAR's of Microsoft products.

​As a top-producer throughout his career, Mr. Cardoza has been honored with numerous sales management awards, including Regional Sales Manager of the Year 1998,1999 by Security-Link from Ameritech, and the 100% Achievers Club Award in 1995,1996 by API Security.

Mr. Cardoza completed his Masters of Business Administration, with a Concentration in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and his Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking Systems. 

Since 2004, Mr. Cardoza has volunteered his time and resources to organizations such as Feed Your Soul, The Endowment Fund for World Peace and Global Healing, and Stop Hunger Now-Orange County Chapter.
